Day 50 - Heroes

God uses ordinary people for amazing things. It's proven through out the Bible. It's not what you have done or what you have failed at, it's that you have faith when God calls on you to trust Him. To take a leap of faith. To do something amazing. To step forward unafraid. My imperfections are so numerous and I am constantly making mistakes, but I have a deep-seeded hope that someday God will call on me to do something big and in that moment, when it matters the most, I will show God my faith and I too can be some kind of hero.

This blog details 2012 and my life centered in hope after an arduous year. We all need hope in our lives; to believe that life can and will get better. But, we need the kind of hope that is not just wishful thinking; we need the kind of hope that is based in faith. The kind of hope centered around the blessings that God promises us in His Word. The kind of hope that puts who we are and where we want to go in perspective. The kind of hope that allows us to live a more joyful and spirit filled life, because we expect things to happen, we don't just wish for them. My hope is that my journey can inspire your journey.
